As a Team Leader, this person will be involved in all aspects of the warehouse operations, including picking and packing orders, receiving, replenishment, loading/unloading and other duties in a fast-paced environment.
This person will be responsible for motivating and leading employees to work efficiently with special attention to customer satisfaction. The ability/willingness to maintain a courteous and positive relationship with customers and coworkers is critical.
Will work closely with the Customer Service Department to communicate and resolve issues related to shipment of products to customers.
Opportunity for growth and promotion is high. This person will run the warehouse in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements:
o A minimum of 3 years warehouse experience
o Experience leading a team and communicating closely with leadership is a must
o Ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary
o Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
o Experience with an automated Warehouse Management System preferred
o Forklift and reach truck experience
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
