Currently seeking Independent Contractors to maintain homes in Shreveport LA, and surrounding areas.
The Required equipment
Camera
Cell phone
Vehicle (truck or trailer for debris removal)
Worker's Compensation, Auto, and General Liability Insurance
Effective Communication
GPS
Internet Access
Lawn Equipment
Drill
The contractor MUST be able to perform the following types of services (or most) :
Grass cuts
Lawn Maintenance
General Rehab work
Roofing
Carpentry
Painting/Graffiti Removal
Window replacement
Carpet cleaning/removal
Mold remediation/treatment
Debris removal (must have own truck/trailer)
Boarding/securing properties
Winterizations and De-winterizations
Snow removal
Lock Changes
Lawn Maintenance
General Rehab work
Computer Knowledge
Janitorial
Potential Candidates will be responsible for providing their own camera, tools, vehicles, and equipment. We would also prefer you have and android/I phone. Training Available.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
