Position Summary
- Responsible for coordinating the pre-award planning, organization, and preparation, and the post-award administration of for specific grants assigned to him/her including overall coordination, organization, and supervision of the grant and the grant staff.

- Directly supervise all aspects of the grant program.

- Supervise and monitor students after school, during activity nights and special events that are grant specific.

- Work directly with the students to promote and publicize the grant through flyers, posters, parent newsletter, and photographs.

- Coordinate and organize grant activity nights (in or out of school).

- Recruit, train and supervise staff involved in the grant program.

- Recruit community partners to assist in the grant program.

- Facilitate relationships between entities within the school and outside agencies.

- Recruit students and chaperones; work with students on developing ideas for activities that meet the requirements outlined in the grant.

- Plan and recruit educational and cultural programs and speakers that meet the requirements outlined in the grant.

- Develop and coordinate community service projects with the students and staff and recruit and encourage participation at the school and research potential community service projects that meet the requirements as outlined in the grant.

- Actively promote student recognition through bulletin board displays, photos of students at school events and acknowledgement through newsletters, etc.

- Formulate budget(s) for grant(s), attend monthly financial meetings with Business Manager and Board Liaison Officer, coordinate financial withdraws, disburse payments as needed, develop staffing schedule.

- Works closely with the School Director.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree
-Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in school grant compliance, writing grants, grant budgets, etc.
-Evidence of familiarity with federal and state regulations
-Evidence of an ability to effectively interact with professionals, parents, and students
-Experience working in a school environment preferred
-Leadership and team management skills
-Interpersonal and communication skills
-Organizational and self-management skills; Ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
-Goal orientation; Planning and execution skills
-Problem solving abilities
-Dependability; Readiness to go above and beyond when necessary to reach goals

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
