Summary
Responsible for complete distribution center operations to include but not all inclusive; employee supervision, customer service, inventory control, financial responsibility, maintenance of equipment and delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following.
1) Direct and Supervise the work of Warehouse Employees
2) Oversee Customer Service
3) Oversee Caskets Delivery/Manages Order Fulfillment
4) Manages all aspect of Inventory
5) Oversee the Maintenance of Facilities/Equipment
6) P&L Responsibility
7) Be a liaison between customer and Company
8) Oversee record keeping
Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises the work of warehouse employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
